Dot Gay
Victorian State Manager

Dot has had a wealth of experience in General Practice Management. Emerging from a background in nursing, Dot discovered a passion for leadership and motivating people and has been involved in General Practice management ever since. As a part of Allied Medical Group’s executive management team, Dot’s role is broad and encompasses a number of areas including HR, Operations, New Clinic Development and Policy and Processes. She oversees the accreditation of the clinics and facilitates their smooth operation.

James Turley
Senior Finance Manager, B.Com (Melb) CPA

James has many years experience working as a Senior Corporate Accountant for both national and international companies. Previously, he has held Financial Controller positions both here in Australia and in the UK, and his accounting experience encompasses a wide range of industries. With Allied Medical Group, James’ responsibilities include the design and management of all aspects of the financial management systems within the group.

Sandra Hilton
GP Relations Manager

Sandra has had many years experience at various levels, in both public and private health care sectors. She has a nursing background and has held a Director position at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, along with Senior Management positions at both the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Southern Health. In her capacity as GP Relations Manager and with her extensive experience, Sandra is able to provide doctors with in-depth information about the Australian Health System. Sandra looks after the recruitment, integration and retention of GPs within the group.

Jennifer Jones
GP Liaison Manager

Jennifer has an extensive background in all aspects of General Practice administration and many years of experience in the industry. With this knowledge, Jennifer provides orientation and integration assistance for new GPs into Allied Medical Group and the Australian health system in general. She is responsible for providing new practitioners with computer software training, Medicare and billing assistance and liaising with Practice Managers to ensure a smooth settling in period.

Elaine McNamara
GP Administration Manager

Elaine is highly experienced and qualified in many areas of office administration. Her primary role is to assist with the management and integration of new and current doctors into our medical centres. She provides support with registration arrangements and understanding of Department of Health & Ageing, Medical Board and Medicare standards and requirements.
